Rainforest Cafe Rewards Loyalty Program

In this final project at Georgia Tech, I acted as marketing manager with four other marketers to create a Loyalty Program for Rainforest Cafe. To do this we designed a multi-channel marketing plan to execute the launch of the Rainforest Rewards Mobile App.

  • Analyzed data to create relevant program-level objectives & KPIs
  • Built out ad campaigns for Google Search, Google Display, YouTube with an Email Retargeting Campaign
  • Created a collaborative MURAL board with marketing plan and campaign screen shots
  • Oversaw the entirety of the project and assisted other team members with ideation and support
